Southern Antherstone is the southermost quadrant in the City of Antherstone and is part of the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia, Canada. It is the second most populous region behind Northern Antherstone.
Southern Antherstone became part of the City of Antherstone in 1976, 8th of August as part of the 1970 Regional Connection Plan. It was founded by the City of Arsville as South Arsville before it was later ceded to the City of Antherstone. It's current population as of the 2022 Census Record is 998,982 which is the second most populous region behind Northern Antherstone.
Southern Antherstone is located in the southermost region of the City of Antherstone and is often recognized as the Nature Park of the city. Southern Antherstone is primarily located on soft-soil land rendering it vulnerable to flooding.

Significance
